Research at Monash University

Doing research for a colleague

We had a fun day today doing some research. We headed across Melbourne to Monash University Clayton Campus to view a document for a colleague. This is what we like doing now that we are in Melbourne — doing research favours for colleagues.

We have done a few of these since being in Melbourne. Friends have contacted us and ask if we could go to an archive or library to see a document or images. We enjoy moving around this city and heading off to see different areas — and doing research for others provides us a good reason to head out for the day.

Happy to hear from others if we can assist.

While in the Matheson Library we saw a small exhibition honouring the culture of Ukraine:

also passed by some photographs- these by Tracey Moffatt (up in the sky)

The Monash University Campus at Clayton is a great set of spaces with fabulous architecture. Well worth the visit just to wander about and take in the landscaped spaces and the range of beautiful buildings.

We are enjoying living in Melbourne

and if there is any research we can assist with — please make contact.
