1892: Father dies/ Apprenticed as engineer in Waverley Tramway

1901: Leaves home (after conflicts with mother over
wanting to be an artist)/ Career as commercial artist.
1915: (circa) Takes up photography
1916: (circa): Secretary Photographic Society of New
South Wales
1916 (circa): Foundation member of Sydney Camera Circle
1916 - (1927?):
Circle meets meets at Bostock's commercial artist' studio
1917: Publishes A Portfolio Of Art Photographs, 25
sets containing 10 small photos
1917 - 1918: Enlisted WWI - serves in France and Germany
1919-1920: England - meets future wife.
1919: Cazneaux works from Bostock's studio (after
leaving Freeman's)
